As one of three finalists in the physician category, Dr. Tam is recognized as an individual who is making a difference in Hawaii’s healthcare community.

She has served as chair at the Department of Medicine at the medical school, and has held the American Lung Association in Hawaii and Leahi Fund Endowed Chair in Respiratory Health since 2006.
